By booking a session, using this website, or participating in any services offered, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Integrative Massage Miami offers wellness services including therapeutic massage, somatic bodywork, mindful movement practices, Tantra coaching, educational experiences, and wellness-related services designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, body awareness, emotional well-being, and nervous system support.

All services are educational and wellness-focused and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Booking Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your session balance. Sessions require a minimum of 24 business hours advance notice and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of the booking deposit. No-shows may be charged the full session amount at the practitioner's discretion.

Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid affecting scheduled appointments.

5. Client Responsibility & Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, medical conditions, injuries, medications, and relevant concerns before participating in services.

Please consult your physician if you have medical concerns or conditions that may affect participation.

6. Scope of Practice

Services provided by Integrative Massage Miami do not replace licensed medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or healthcare services.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results.

7. Professional Boundaries

All services are professional, respectful, consent-based, and wellness-focused.

Integrative Massage Miami maintains a strict professional, non-sexual environment. Any inappropriate language, behavior, requests, or violation of boundaries may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

8. Tantra Coaching & Educational Experiences

Tantra Coaching, Somatic Tantra sessions, and educational experiences are designed for self-awareness, communication, body awareness, emotional wellness, and personal development purposes.

These experiences are educational and are not intended as sexual services.

Participants are responsible for communicating boundaries and comfort levels throughout the experience.

9. Couples & Immersion Experiences

Participants attending couples sessions, guided experiences, or educational immersions may be required to bring their own partner or model depending on the service selected.

Participation is voluntary and based on informed consent.

10. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include Wix Payments, credit card, cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, or approved payment platforms.
